HPVP 5 - We're ready to go!

My brain farted and I didn't realise that well, February comes after January. That being said, it's time for

The Fifth Annual Harry Potter Valentine Project

Hosted by swussian for the last three-and-a-half go-rounds, picked up by myself, this year will hopefully be as successful as in years previous!

For those new to the game, the HPVP is just that - Valentines. Why send the usual e-cards when you can send those themed with Harry Potter goodness, created by the fans themselves? It makes for a much better time, says I, and from years past, a lot of other people seem to agree.

All you have to do is come up with an idea for a Valentine. It can be anything - A comic, a cute picture, canon pairings, fanon pairings, slash pairings, best buddies, etc. Create it, send it in, and it'll appear on the Internet ready to be sent to friends and family!

Ready to take part in our fifth anniversary? Great! You are LOVED!

Submission Guidelines

Deadline
Saturday, February 12, any timezone.
Every year people send cards after the deadline, and every year the hardest is done to get them online on time. I'm pretty good with such things, but to be on the safe side, go for this date! Pretty pretty please?

Mail them to me (Britt) at britt@confundus.org
You can mail a link to your picture (I'll love you forever!) or attach it. Please don't forget to write
Your name: The one you want to be used on the site
Your e-mail: yes, your email addy, if you people to know it, that is.
Your website: The URL to your homepage
Who's on the picture: like "James and Lily". It's not always easy to tell apart Draco/Harry from Lucius/James when you are sleepy and have 50 cards to take care of.
Even if you have posted your picture here, I still want you post it so me, to avoid confusion!

Size/format
Max 600x600 and 100k
Jpg, gif or png
If you have no possibility to resize it- send it as it is. I will resize it for you. And please, don't send me bmp-files... (oh, and if you want to make a flash animation or something- contact me. It should not be a problem)

File name
Your name and the number of your card, if you'll send more than one
For example, my cards would be called tanja01.png, tanja02.png and so on. Don't send me files called jameslilycreamstrawberries.jpg unless your name is James Lily Cream Strawberries ^__^

Number of cards
As many as you want
But one really good card is better than ten half-assed. Do your best!

Content
Canon HP characters must be the main point of the card
Crossovers and OCs are okay, as long as the picture focuses on Harry Potter characters that are in the books.
Photomanipulations and collages are fine
As long as you put lots of effort in them.
Use your common sense when it comes to sexiness
This year this rule is going to be scratched, but it would still be very nice if you used your head. Harry Potter Valentines are for everyone, though I'm still willing to accept submissions of adult nature to be placed in their own section.
Love is not just about kissing and romance, really
You can love pets, books, friends, children or liquorice wands. Think about it.
